Dear Mr. Kavanna,

     Thank you for attending the "Bring Home the Stars" event, November 24, 1987 at the Palace Theatre.  It was nice to finally meet you.

     And,  thank you for your 'trail blazing' work in helping to save the Palace from demolition in 1969 by being the first to produce concerts and special events there. This showed Albany it could be viable as an active performance venue, once again, and was the major impetus in saving such an historical treasure.
